LIVING WAGE EMPLOYER

A living wage is the hourly amount a family needs to cover their expenses, which changes based on region. This is different from the government-mandated minimum wage employees can pay. Integra has committed to paying all employees at least a living wage, because providing people with that safety and security is just the right thing to do.
